We are selling our personal belongings as we prepare for our big move. To keep things safe, fast, and completely scam-free for everyone involved, we have a streamlined process for claiming items. Here is exactly how to order, pay, and collect.

Step 1: Secure Your Order

Every item listed is a personal belonging, meaning there is only exactly one of everything. If you see something you want, you need to claim it quickly through the checkout.

• Add to Cart & Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page with your selected items.
• WhatsApp Verification: To filter out bots and time-wasters, you will be asked to enter your WhatsApp number at checkout page. It will say verified whatsapp number with green checkmark if all is correct.

Step 2: Payment

Because these are highly sought-after, single-stock items, an order is only fully confirmed once payment is cleared. After your number is verified, you will proceed to the payment step.

• We accept secure, immediate online payments to ensure the transaction is safe for both parties.
• Once payment is successful, the item is instantly marked as "Sold" on the website and reserved entirely for you.

Step 3: Safe Local Collection

We do not offer standard shipping, couriers, or delivery. All purchases operate on a strict local pickup basis from the Joburg North area.

Coordinating Your Pickup

For the physical safety of our family, we do not publish our exact home address online. Here is how the handover works:

• Once your order is paid and confirmed, please reach out to our whatsapp chat bubble in the bottom right of the webpage.
• We will coordinate a safe, mutually convenient day and time for you to collect your goods.
• We will drop a location pin directly to your phone so you can easily navigate to us.
